Back-to-back victories last weekend has kept the Frankston Lady Blues in the South Conference top four race but they will need to rely on teams above them losing unexpectedly to make it. A week’s break will help them against the Rush who will be playing the second night of a double-header while Kelly Bowen’s recent form is also a concern for the visitors as she is averaging 25 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and three steals in her past three games. The Lady Blues are finding form at the right part of the year – Just keep Winning!

The Miners’ season could be on the line in this contest but they will be buoyed by a 35-point smacking of Frankston from Round 4 when Roy Booker and Anthony Fisher combined for 52 points. The Blues have dropped three straight and give up a league-worst 51% field goal shooting while the visitors are the best shooting team in the league at 50.8%. At home with the #HouseofBlues behind them though we hope for the Best!
